Live formats, agreed with the guest.
Private Appearances can arrange live online appearances appropriate to different guests. The format is agreed with the guest or their representative as part of agreeing the appearance — we do not offer a format that has not been agreed.
Conversations
A hosted live conversation with the guest, in front of an audience that asked for it.
Audience Q&A
A hosted live session in which the audience puts questions to the guest, managed throughout by Private Appearances.
Other agreed live formats
Where a guest has something different in mind, the format can be agreed with them beforehand rather than assumed.
The usual shape. An approximately two-hour hosted live online appearance, normally delivered using Zoom, prepared and hosted by Private Appearances, with the audience managed throughout.
